In this video I talk about my process for this piece I drew for Giant Robot Gallery's Rakugaki show.

Rakugaki means rough sketch or doodle in Japanese and the whole show is themed around a bunch of artist displaying their sketches! This annual show is one of my favorites every year because you get to see some rare sketches from a ton of incredible artists.

This piece was a perfect opportunity for me to record my process from start to finish because I wanted to keep it simple enough so that I could finish it in a day. I talk about my materials, some techniques, and also the inspiration behind this piece!
